You are not alone.
Far too often we believe that we are alone in our struggles.
So we keep it to ourselves and suffer in silence because ‘no one’ will understand.
They don’t know what I’ve been through. They don’t know my struggles so why even bother to share.
We’ve all been there before.
There’s a way to get the support you need.
While individual therapy is an amazing way to get support, being a part of a group can provide a different kind of support.
In Group Therapy, you are able to lean on and learn from others in a new and transformative way.
You see how you can relate to others experiences and feel less isolated in your struggles.
You get validated by a community of people who have been there too.
Community is a benefit of Group Therapy.
When we don’t have community, we lack an essential part of our growth and development.
When we build community, we are able to give and receive in a mutually beneficial way.
Group Therapy brings people together with a common goal of personal development and healing. With this shared goal, group members find a path to healing more clear and the journey less scary because they don’t have to go at it alone.
The truth is: We need people and if you have been struggling with finding your people. Group Therapy would be a great fit for you.
And BONUS: It’s virtual too!

When you think of one of your favorite books, what stands out to you? Is it that one character who lived through something you did? Or the piece of advice from the self-help book that helped you see life differently? Do you love discussing a book you read with others? Do you find the idea of therapy in a group setting easier?
Imagine what it would be like to experience a powerful book with a group of people who all have the same goal of exploring their past to heal and grow into the person they see themselves being in the future. Attending a therapeutic book club allows you to go further than what’s written on the page by discussing the topic in a way that encourages you to reflect, receive feedback, and learn from other people’s stories.
Sometimes we feel alone, as though there is no one who can understand the pain of meeting expectations that others set for us. We wear masks of perfection or feel like we’re not living life as our authentic selves. We can also struggle with knowing what healthy love and relationships look and feel like. The way we were raised may not have shown us. If you can relate to these feelings, this therapeutic book club is for you! This is an opportunity to dive deeper into why love hasn’t been working out for you and how society or people in your life have contributed to the way you live and love….or don’t.
